Discovery

Craft

The outcome of the Craft Phase is a blueprint for the training program (e.g., storyboard, design document). We leverage the insights gathered during the Discovery Phase to design a customized learning experience tailored to the client's needs. Our team


  • Works with stakeholders to develop a detailed design, outlining the learning objectives, topics, and sequencing of content.

Launch

Transitioning from design to deployment, the Launch Phase is when the training program is implemented. In this phase, our team
